Frequently Asked Questions

What video formats are supported?

We support MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and WebM as input. Output is always MP4 with H.264 encoding, universally compatible.

How long does processing take?

Typically 1-2x the video duration. A 1-minute video processes in about 1-2 minutes. Complex effects may take slightly longer.

What happens if processing fails?

You are never charged for failed tasks. Credits are automatically refunded to your balance.

Is there a file size limit?

Individual files up to 500MB, videos up to 10 minutes. Perfect for short-form content and social media videos.

Do credits expire?

Pay-as-you-go credits never expire. Monthly plan minutes roll over to the next month.

What is edit_commands.json?

A JSON file your AI agent generates containing the FFmpeg command, asset list, and output configuration. It tells our engine exactly how to process your video.

Does it work with Hermes?

Yes! Our Skill uses standard bash scripts and HTTP APIs, compatible with any AI agent including OpenClaw, Hermes, and custom agents.
