Refund Policy

1. Failed Tasks

You are never charged for failed tasks. If video processing fails for any reason (server error, timeout, format incompatibility), credits are automatically refunded to your balance within seconds.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Credits

  • Unused credits are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Partially used credits: Refund is available for the remaining unused balance within 30 days of purchase.
  • Credits older than 30 days are non-refundable but never expire.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds for unused minutes within a billing period.
  • If you cancel, you retain access until the period ends.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact us through our Discord community
  • Provide your License Key and purchase details
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits used for successfully completed tasks
  • Credits purchased more than 30 days ago (pay-as-you-go)
  • Monthly subscription periods that have already begun

6. Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly. We will investigate and resolve disputes within 10 business days. We prefer to resolve issues directly before any chargeback or dispute filing.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
