License Key — Used to identify your account and track usage.
Email address — Collected at purchase for account management and receipts.
Uploaded files — Video, audio, subtitle, and image files you submit for processing.
Usage data — Task submissions, processing results, and billing records.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

Process your video processing tasks
Manage your account and billing
Provide customer support
Send service-related notifications

3. File Retention

We do not store your files permanently.

Source files (video, audio, subtitles) are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing.
Processed output files are available for download for 32 hours, then automatically deleted.
We do not use your files for any purpose other than processing your requested task.

4. Data Storage

Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 with global CDN distribution. Account data is stored in a secure database. All data transfers are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Cloudflare — CDN, storage, DNS, and tunneling
LemonSqueezy — Payment processing (or PayPal as alternative)

These services have their own privacy policies governing the data they process.

6. Data Protection

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted transfers (HTTPS), secure key generation, and automated file cleanup. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request:

Access to your personal data
Deletion of your account and associated data
Export of your usage history

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of changes.
