Terms of Service

1. Service Description

FFmpegDocker Pro is a video processing API service that allows users to submit video processing tasks including subtitle rendering, audio mixing, voiceover generation (TTS), and watermarking. The service is accessible via REST API and OpenClaw Skill.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using FFmpegDocker Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Account and License Keys

  • You receive a unique License Key upon purchase. Keep it secure.
  • You are responsible for all usage associated with your Key.
  • Sharing or reselling Keys is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend Keys engaged in abuse or fraud.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws
  • Submit more than 5 tasks per minute per Key (rate limiting applies)

5. Pricing and Billing

  • Pay-as-you-go credits are deducted per second of processed video duration
  • Failed tasks are not charged — credits are automatically refunded
  • Credits do not expire for pay-as-you-go plans
  • Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice

6. File Handling

  • Source files are automatically deleted within 24 hours
  • Output files are available for 32 hours, then deleted
  • Maximum file size: 500MB per file
  • Maximum video duration: 10 minutes
  • Maximum 5 files per task

7. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime. We may experience downtime for maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded content. We do not claim ownership of your files. Processed output files belong to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FFmpegDocker Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification.
